Surrogacy programs
Transfer of frozen embryos (FET) Transfer of frozen embryos (FET) is for those couples who already have their own embryos cultured in Ukraine or abroad. It is assumed that the couple comes to Kyiv only at the end of the program before the delivery.
To be eligible for participation, it is important to have the supporting documents for embryos and following blood test results of the husband and wife (egg donor), done before oocyte puncture and sperm deposit: Syphilis, Hepatitis B virus, Hepatitis C virus, HIV.
Surrogacy program with own eggsSurrogacy program with own eggs is for those, who can be stimulated for follicular puncture. Stimulation, which lasts approximately 14 days, requires your presence in Kyiv on the first day of your menstrual period.
When planning your trip to Kiev, starting on the 2nd-5th day of your menstrual period and until the day of departure, take birth control pills (at least 14 days).
Before start of the program (preferably on the 8th day of the period) it is necessary to make a pelvic ultrasound with good photos, as well as AMH test to determine the level of fertility. Â
After the confirmation of the possibility of stimulation, the couple should make following tests and examinations:
Wife: complete blood cell count, blood type and metabolic panel, coagulogram, cervical smear, PAPP test, Syphilis, Hepatitis B virus, Hepatitis C virus, HIV, breast ultrasound, on day 2nd-3rd day of your period: FSH, AMH, LH.
Husband: Syphilis, Hepatitis B virus, Hepatitis C virus, HIV.
Before leaving for Kyiv, if possible, make a pelvic ultrasound one more time to make sure there are no cysts and you can be stimulated. On the day of the follicle puncture (approximately on the 14th day of the period), the husband must be in Kiev for sperm deposit.Â
Surrogacy program with donor eggs or donor spermFor sperm deposit, plan your 1-3-days trip, if possible, on the day of the donor’s oocyte puncture. Please, note: the simultaneous use of both donor sperm and donor egg is prohibited in Ukraine.
After the confirmation of medical indications for participating in the program, the husband should make following test:Â Syphilis, Hepatitis B virus, Hepatitis C virus, HIV.
Requirements for egg donors. We select the egg donors extremely carefully and they undergo all the necessary examinations. All the donors are healthy women aged 18 to 34 who have a regular menstrual period and a normal weight. Donors and their families have no signs of mental or genetic disorders.
Egg donor matching process lasts about 2 weeks. As a rule, patients do choose a donor that has a similar appearance. Matching criteria are: eye and hair color, shape of the face, nose, lips, chin, height, weight, blood type and rhesus factor, as well as other criteria of potential parents. Upon request you can get access to the donor database.
The unlimited programThe unlimited program is for those couples who want to get a guaranteed pregnancy. The obvious advantage is that couples do not have to worry about medical expenses when doing several rounds of IVF. An important condition for participation is the high quality of sperm at the time of embryo culturing.
